Sprint Training Guidelines

The intensity, training distance, number of repetitions per set, number of sets, total distance to be used for the training unit, and the rest to be used are presented for each training modality. This paper is a must have for every coach. The paper was originally published on DrTrack.com in December 2001. It was transferred to and republished by Glass Dragon Digital Publishing in February 2007.
